There’s just too much stuff in my backlog for me to even think about starting another TV series right now. Modern Warfare 2 alone could suck down every free hour that I have these days. Much less my other recommended daily requirements of TV, magazines and book (singluar. Who reads more than one at a time). Ok, maybe not always books, but I have been meaning to read The Road before the movie comes out. I flipped through a copy at Best Buy of all places and it looks like it could be a pretty fast read. I mean the type was pretty big and the page count relatively low, but I didn’t read any actual words so who knows. I still haven’t touched the crossword from Sunday’s newspaper and I’ve got a two month backlog of magazines that my brain tells me I should read but probably never will. Why do I bring home Popular Mechanics anyway? I still need to get to Mad Men, Breaking Bad and Sons of Anarchy. But I’ve got two weeks off at Christmas so I guess it’s time to fire up ye olde bittorrent client and get watching.
